1. By accessing or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use governing all products, services, and features provided by Media Breakaway LLC, dba The Big Jackpot (hereafter "we", "our", or "us").
2. The Big Jackpot App Service is licensed, not sold. Your license confers no title or ownership in the Service.
3. We reserves the right to change these Terms in any way and at any time.
4. Subject to your acceptance and continuing compliance with these Terms, The Big Jackpot grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, revocable limited license to use and display the Service and related software (excluding source and object code) for your personal (or household) non-commercial use by any machine(s) of which you are the primary user. You agree not to use the Service for any other purpose, or to copy or distribute the content of the Service except as specifically allowed in this agreement.
5. We will notify you of any modifications to these Terms with one or both of the following methods: 1) we will post any modifications on https://app.won.com or within the Service, and/or 2) we will send you a message informing you of the modified terms and linking you to the posting on the Service. You agree that you will 1) periodically check the Service for updates to these Terms, and 2) read the messages we send you to inform you of any changes. You agree that you will be considered to have been given notice of any modifications once we post them to https://app.won.com and that your continued use of the Service after such notice shall be deemed an acceptance of any changes. If you do not agree to these Terms, as may be amended from time to time in The Big Jackpot's sole discretion, your only remedy is to discontinue your use of the Service and to cancel your accounts.
6. The Big Jackpot reserves the right to limit, suspend, modify, delete or discontinue the Service or to change the content of the Service in any way and at any time, with or without notice to you, without liability and without any obligation to compensate you for any losses.
7. You agree to be bound by any application, forum, or game specific rules published within the Service.
8. Your use of the Service is conditioned upon your compliance with these Terms and any use of the Service in violation of these Terms will be regarded as an infringement of The Big Jackpot copyrights in and to the Service. The Big Jackpot may, in its sole discretion, limit, suspend, terminate, modify or delete accounts or access to the Service without notice if you violate these Terms. You agree that The Big Jackpot does not have to provide you with any notice before terminating or suspending your account, but it may, in its sole discretion, provide you with notice.
9. You must be 17 or older to use the Service and it is intended for amusement purposes only. By using the Service, you certify that you are at least 17 years of age (or the age of majority where you live).
10. You represent and warrant that you have full right and authority to use the Service and to be bound by these Terms.
11. Unless otherwise specified in writing, all materials that are part of the Service are owned, controlled, or licensed by The Big Jackpot and are protected by law from unauthorized use. The entire contents of the Service are protected by copyright. The Big Jackpot, the The Big Jackpot logos, the The Big Jackpot Characters, and all game names are trademarks of The Big Jackpot and may not be used without the express written permission of The Big Jackpot.
12. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service, downloading material from or uploading material to the Service, or by purchasing any virtual items.
13. Prices, virtual items and availability are subject to change without notice at any time.
14. You agree not to copy, redistribute, publish or otherwise exploit material from the Service, except as expressly permitted herein, without the express prior written permission of The Big Jackpot.
15. All purchases are done through third party providers (Google Play & App Store) any payment issues or disputes must be handled by the relevant third parties. The Big Jackpot does not process any real money transaction, therefore, The Big Jackpot assumes no liability for loss or damages incurred.

1. Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.
2. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this app. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
3. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this app to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.
4. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this app.
5. Our app / websites use cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us to provide you with a personalised experience when you browse this site. The The Big Jackpot app includes various virtual items such as coins, Raja Bucks, boosters, spins, rewards, and other digital assets (collectively, "Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are digital features that exist solely within the The Big Jackpot app and are provided for entertainment purposes only.

The Big Jackpot may modify, adjust, or revoke Virtual Items at any time as part of normal app operation, including for balancing, technical, or compliance reasons.

1. No Cash Value
   

   All Virtual Items in the The Big Jackpot app have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be exchanged for any monetary equivalent inside or outside the app. Virtual Items do not represent real-world currency, property, or financial value.

   Virtual Items cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged for sweepstakes prizes or any real-world monetary value.

2. Limited License
   

   Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Virtual Items solely within the The Big Jackpot app for their intended gameplay purposes. Virtual Items are not owned by users and may be modified, revoked, or removed at any time at The Big Jackpot's discretion.

3. Prohibited Real-World Transactions
   
   
   • Users may not sell Virtual Items for real money or any off-app value.
   • Users may not buy Virtual Items from other users outside the app.
   • Users may not trade, barter, or exchange Virtual Items for goods, services, or monetary value.
   • Users may not attempt to transfer Virtual Items between accounts in exchange for real-world compensation.

   Any attempt to gain real-world monetary value from Virtual Items is strictly prohibited and may result in account restrictions or termination.

4. No Off-App Transfers
   

   Virtual Items may only be used within the The Big Jackpot app. They cannot be transferred, exported, or used in any other application, platform, or environment unless explicitly permitted by The Big Jackpot.

5. Enforcement
   
   
   • The Big Jackpot may revoke Virtual Items obtained through unauthorized means.
   • The Big Jackpot may reverse transactions or transfers that violate these Terms.
   • The Big Jackpot may restrict or terminate accounts involved in prohibited Virtual Item activity.

   All decisions by The Big Jackpot regarding Virtual Items are final.

Certain virtual items awarded within the The Big Jackpot app are designated as non-transferable. These items are bound to the account that earned or received them and cannot be transferred, traded, gifted, sold, contributed to a team vault, or exchanged in any marketplace or in-app economy.

By using the The Big Jackpot app, you agree to the following rules regarding non-transferable items:

1. Non-Transferable Item Types
   
   
   • Bonus items awarded as part of promotions, giveaways, or special events
   • BOGO bonus items (the free bonus portion of any Buy One, Get One purchase)
   • Booster Return items earned from contests, events, or gameplay refunds
   • Daily rewards, including login rewards, streak rewards, and bonus track rewards
   • Free Play Credits, EXP, bonus wheel spins, and any other reward not explicitly marked as transferable
   • Any item labeled or displayed as "Non-Transferable" within the app

2. Transferable vs. Non-Transferable Boosters
   
   
   • Transferable Boosters are boosters purchased directly by the user (not including bonus items) and may be eligible for transfer to the team vault or marketplace.
   • Non-Transferable Boosters include boosters obtained through BOGO bonuses, Booster Return, daily rewards, streak rewards, contest rewards, or any other bonus source.

   If a booster does not explicitly state that it is transferable, it should be assumed to be non-transferable.

3. Non-Transferable Spins
   
   
   • Non-transferable spins must be used by the account that received them.
   • They cannot be transferred, traded, or contributed to a team vault.
   • They cannot be sold or exchanged for virtual currency.
   • Non-transferable spins are always consumed last, after all transferable spins have been used.

4. Usage Order
   

   The app automatically prioritizes item usage in the following order:

   1. Transferable items are used first
   2. Non-transferable items are used last

5. Marketplace and Team Vault Restrictions
   
   
   • Non-transferable items cannot be listed in any marketplace.
   • They cannot be exchanged for virtual currency.
   • They cannot be contributed to a team vault.
   • They cannot be used to fulfill team requirements or shared benefits.

6. Enforcement
   
   
   • The Big Jackpot may revoke improperly transferred items.
   • The Big Jackpot may reverse transactions involving non-transferable items.
   • The Big Jackpot may restrict accounts that attempt to circumvent transfer rules.
   • The Big Jacvpot may modify or update the list of non-transferable items at any time.

   All decisions by The Big Jackpot regarding item transferability are final.

The Daily Cash Giveaway ("Giveaway") is a promotional sweepstakes offered by The Big Jackpot ("Sponsor"). Participation in the Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. Eligibility

   The Giveaway is open only to individuals who are eligible to participate in the The Big Jackpot sweepstakes environment as defined in these Terms. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase, payment, or gameplay is required to enter or win.

2. How to Enter

   Each eligible user automatically receives one free entry per day into the Giveaway upon logging into the The Big Jackpot app during the applicable Giveaway period. No additional action is required. Alternative method of entry (AMOE), if offered, will be described within the app or on the Giveaway entry page.

3. Giveaway Period

   The Giveaway runs on a daily basis. Each 24-hour period constitutes a separate Giveaway drawing. Sponsor may, at its discretion, run special promotional Giveaway periods with modified prizes or additional prize components. Any such promotional periods will be clearly disclosed within the app.

4. Winner Selection

   Each day, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that day's Giveaway period. Odds of winning depend solely on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Prizes

   Daily winners will receive the cash prize amount displayed within the app for that day's Giveaway. Prize amounts may vary. Prizes have no cash value outside of the stated award and cannot be substituted except at Sponsor's discretion.

   Prize amounts may vary from day to day and are displayed within the app for each Giveaway period.

6. Special Promotional Periods

   From time to time, Sponsor may run limited-time promotional Giveaway windows in which daily winners receive additional prize components beyond the standard daily cash prize.

   These promotional periods will be clearly identified within the app and will include:

   • The start and end dates of the promotional window
   • description of the additional prize component(s)
   • Any special conditions or event-related details

   For example, during the "Birthday Event Giveaway", daily winners selected within the promotional window may also receive entry into a special Group Pull Event. Participation in such an event is awarded "solely as part of the prize package" and requires no purchase, payment, or gameplay.

7. Group Pull Event Prize Component (If Applicable)

   If a promotional Giveaway period includes a Group Pull Event:

   • Each qualifying daily winner will receive a stake in the Group Pull as part of their prize.
   • The Group Pull will be conducted by Sponsor on the date disclosed in the promotional materials.
   • Any winnings resulting from the Group Pull will be distributed equally among all qualifying participants.
   • If the Group Pull results in no winnings, no additional prize is awarded.
   • Winners are not required to be present or take any action to participate in the Group Pull Event.

   This prize component is awarded "solely by chance" through the daily Giveaway drawing.

   The Group Pull Event is conducted solely by The Big Jackpot, and participants do not make any wagers or contributions.

8. Winner Notification

   Winners will be notified within the app and/or via the contact information associated with their account. Sponsor is not responsible for failure to receive notifications due to incorrect contact information or technical issues.

9. General Conditions

   Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway or any promotional Giveaway period at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its control. All decisions by Sponsor are final.

10. Compliance

    The Giveaway is governed by applicable U.S. sweepstakes laws. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. Any attempt to circumvent the free entry process or manipulate outcomes will result in disqualification.

11. Suspension, Modification, or Termination
    

    The Big Jackpot reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to pause, modify, suspend, or terminate the Daily Cash Giveaway or any promotional Giveaway period at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, compliance requirements, or circumstances beyond The Big Jackpot's control.

    The Big Jackpot may take such actions without prior notice and without liability to any participant. If the Giveaway is terminated before the scheduled end of a Giveaway period, The big Jackpot may, at its discretion, conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of termination or may cancel the Giveaway entirely.

    The Big Jackpot is not responsible for any inability to participate due to service interruptions, maintenance, or other operational decisions.
